I had a great experience with Instant iFix. I submitted the form quite late at night and wasn't expecting a response until the next day due to the time, but got a text a few minutes later. It was easy to arrange a convenient time for myself the next day, and my issue was sorted out very quickly and professionally. Communication was excellent before, during and after the appointment. I would recommend this service to anyone who needs their phones fixed. I had a situation where they needed to go to London to get my iPhone screen.When it came to replacing the screen it turns out I cracked the screen protector and not the screen. I cannot praise these guys enough. I phoned them for a quote at about 6pm in the evening. I accepted the quote, the guy then came round to pick my iPad up by 7:00pm the same evening. Have used InstantiFix and they were great. Called on Saturday afternoon and they had come around to mine by 2pm Sunday to repair a badly broken screen on an iPad. Mahmood did the repair very well and was a nice friendly guy. Will definitely use them again should I need in the future
I have to say this was the fastest, easiest and best experience I have had at fixing an iPhone. It’s been done in the past and been a faff but my daughter’s battery needed replacing. I filled out the quote on the web page, pressed submit, they texted me, agreed a time to turn up, turned up, on time and fixed the phone. The phone is now all good. Really great.

Hi everyone that's looking to have their phone looked at. I can't praise Mahmood any higher, he came to the house, looked at the phone, advised it they were worth fixing. He took the phone, to test it, rang to say what was wrong with the phone. And the cost. The next evening, he rang to say they were both fixed. And he could drop them back that evening, or am. Which ever suited me. Both working great. Problem fixed.The service couldn't have been better. No delay in getting them looked at, fixed, and returned, door to door service. Will definitely use them again. And recommend to family and friend.
Phone screen broke at 7pm, was unable to use at all, Google search found iFix, phoned them up, Mahmood asked a few questions, gave a good price, the price included a call out, which was very reasonable (Saturday night 7pm fyi).By 9pm I had a new phone screen.Great service provided by Mahmood, absolutely no complaints.

My teenage daughter cracked her screen on her iPhone and Mahmood came within a hour or so of calling. Unbelievably good service , I called at 17.15 on a Saturday afternoon to see about a replacement screen for my sons iPhone, engineer was available and at my house within 10 minutes, repair completed within half an hour of my original call. My PC is in constant use, so when it suddenly crashed I couldn't work. As a sole trader that meant I was losing money. Instant iFix came out to my home office within a few hours of calling them and fixed the issue very quickly. Whilst there, they also advised me on the best way to back up, the general health of my PC, which parts needed upgrading and they even upgraded the RAM there and then by adding another 10GB.Overall I thought the prices were reasonable and the advice was valuable. After 2 previous successful repairs on our mobile phones, this company would not return our iPhone and ignored repeated emails to return it. We eventually gave up, decided not to proceed with legal action for a £250 device and bought a new iPhone elsewhere. SIX MONTHS later they emailed us and said they want to be paid for the 'repair'. We will ignore this request as we have no proof the phone is repaired and there has been no explanation for the 6 month silence. Do not use.
By far the best service I have received fora very long time. My screen was smashed I was miles away from home one phone call my phone was collected and repaired dropped back off to me on site in perfect working order. I cannot recommend instant fix enough blown away by how good the service was 6 stars if it was possible

I broke the back of my IPhone and used there online form. Within the hour the Jay responded and within 30 minutes after that collected my phone. He took it away and there were some more issues with he needed to address. Because of this he returned my phone late that night at 22.15!
