What Our Customers Say
I called up, he turned up at our house 40mins later and the phone was fixed in 2mins. Quick and convenient. The iPhone functions and the screen looks great. Would use again.
Very occasionally you strike gold. My MacBook decided to stop charging at a time when I needed it most. I phoned Jay and he went above and beyond to mend it. He collected the same day, fixed it, dropped it to my house and even tried to source a new charger at 10.30pm. He was a delight to deal with and 100% trustworthy. I cannot recommend highly enough.
Exceptional service! I called late Friday evening for a shattered camera lense, new battery and for a new back casing for my iPhone 15 and I got that phone back same evening in rapid time, can’t fault my experience whatsoever! Pricing is also very fair! Highly recommend !
Excellent Service. I booked repair for my iPhone X battery replacement in the noon around 12 pm. Jay replied immediately and confirmed his availability between 8 pm and 10 pm. However, He came to my home around 7 pm and replaced battery in 30 minutes and guided me very well about how to charge it in the few days. He refilled fuel my old iPhone even though Apple said it couldn't repair due to nearly 10 years old. Now It's refuelled and running smoothly. Thank you, Jay for your excellent service.

What a great service! Phone charging port fixed and fully working again. And all in the comfort of my own home, without having to go to a shop or send the phone off somewhere. Fast, efficient and very reasonable price.Highly recommendedJeremy
I needed my iPhone screen replaced urgently, I found Instant iFix on google and called them. Jay came out to my home and replaced the screen very quickly, it came with a 1 year warranty for peace of mind. All very conveniently booked according to my availability, which was a bonus. Thank you for the great customer service!
Booked my iPhone in for a camera lens repair and was asked to send photos first so they could assess the damage. After reviewing them, they called me and explained that only the camera lens cover was broken and that I didn't actually need a repair. It's refreshing to find a company with such integrity and honesty. They could easily have charged me for unnecessary work, but instead they gave me genuine advice. Excellent customer service, and I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.
It was an overall great experience with Instant iFix. They will come and collect your device and deliver it back once it is fixed. We had a damaged screen on our MacBook and it was mended swiftly. They also found a problem with the battery which was replaced with a discounted price. Highly recommend!

Fantastic, would definitely recommend to anyone needing a phone repair. Fixed within 15 minutes a day after smashing the screen! 10/10 service
I had a great experience with Instant iFix. I submitted the form quite late at night and wasn't expecting a response until the next day due to the time, but got a text a few minutes later. It was easy to arrange a convenient time for myself the next day, and my issue was sorted out very quickly and professionally. Communication was excellent before, during and after the appointment. Prices are also very decent considering the extra convenience offered by Instant iFix. I will definitely use them again in future.
Great service and communication. Fast call out. Used them 3 times now. Had an issue once with my phone and they came out and fixed it for free as the screen was still under warranty. Highly recommended👍🏻
Quick and friendly service. Arrived promptly on New Year’s Day to fix a dead iPhone, completed in 20 minutes at a reasonable price. Highly recommend.
Extremely fast and excellent service! We requested a quote out-of-hours over the Christmas period and heard back within an hour. They were very helpful with questions about different options for a screen replacement and as soon as they had the part from their supplier (1 working day) they were able to do the repair same day! Lifesavers!
Definitely recommend Instant iFix. They came to my house, took the iPad away to mend then brought it back again 2 days later fully mended. A great and convenient service!
Thank you so much, Instant iFix, for your amazing and timely support. From cracked screens to battery replacement, the service is fast, of high quality and reasonably priced. Will continue using in the future.

I would recommend this service to anyone who needs their phones fixed. I had a situation where they needed to go to London to get my iPhone screen. When it came to replacing the screen it turns out I cracked the screen protector and not the screen. No damage to the screen at all and they told me what happened and were 100 percent honest. He was really nice and I would recommend.
Excellent fast service to your door. Gave explanation of issue and fixed problem also guarantees his work. Will use again and happy to recommend
Called just after 6pm as my sons iPhone 13 wasn’t charging, was down to 2% and urgently needed. Fixed price agreed with a very reasonable call out fee, and arrived promptly at time agreed - less than an hour after calling. All fixed super quick and now working again. Thank you SO much for coming to the rescue!
Simple form, called me back 3 mins later and work all done at my home within 2 hours. The ultimate convenience, well mannered and nice guy who attended in person. Will use them again!
I’ve used them twice for a battery replacement. I had an issue after the second battery replacement with the microphone but they were straight back to fix it and messaged me very quickly. Very convenient and high quality service. I would recommend to anyone who lives in the area.

Great service. In brief my wife iphone last night died because suddenly no longer charging. This morning he came to our place in less than half hour from calling for assistance, sat in his car with the phone for 10 mins and back with the phone working again.

Excellent service, thank you so much. Repaired 3 phones with different issues: 1x charge point and vibrations, 1x back glass, 1x front camera. Home visit was very convenient and warranty provided - Would definitely recommend.
We recently called Instant Fix as my husband's phone screen was damaged, and badly cracked. Mahmood came to our home very promptly, and replaced the phone screen. The cost was very reasonable, and the repair of excellent quality. I would not hesitate to recommend Mahmood and Instant Fix.
Very friendly and helpful. Arranged on the day and they were fast and efficient. I would recommend this to anyone. The £10 charge to come to your home is totally worth it
Great service, needed an iPhone 13 charging port replaced, came to our house and repaired quickly and efficiently on our driveway in less than 30 mins. Perfect communications throughout and such a convenient way to get your phone repaired.
I cannot praise these guys enough. I phoned them for a quote at about 6pm in the evening. I accepted the quote, the guy then came round to pick my iPad up by 7:00pm the same evening. He asked me if i would still be up at 10:30, he delivered a fully functional device by 10:35. What a brilliant service!5 star every time.
The charge port of my iPhone faulty and battery deteriorated. Mahmood came phone within an hour of my calling and fixed both items in less than 30 minutes. Price very competitive
Outstanding service, I’m sure he couldn’t do it every time, but had a gap and was with me within an hour and fixed my iPhone in double quick time. Highly recommended
Used this service over the last couple days as a number of things went wrong with the phone. The guy came out to fix the charging port to the phone. Ended up having another issue with the phone (not their fault just phone is rubbish) and the guy was more than happy to help. Now works great thank you so much
Superb friendly service , came out to our house within an hour, ( on a Sunday )fixed phone. I don’t often leave reviews but I was extremely impressed with the quality and speed of service, definitely I would recommend. Thank you
Great service from Mahmoud. It was a real life-saver as he came to the house within 30 mins of me contacting him and managed to get my phone working again, even after it had been run over by a car 🤪He was extremely helpful and I would recommend him to anyone.
Great service, called up and gave the details for 2 IPhones to repair.Within 3 Hours they were fixed without the need to leave my house and for a great price.Very happy.
Fantastic service, we were seen 20 minutes at our home and fixed my iPhone within 10 minutes! Thank you so much and will use your service again without a doubt
This is the second time I've used Instant iFix to replace the screen on my phone, once due to the screen being unresponsive and once due to a crack covering my front camera. Both times I received excellent service, super quick call out and the phone was fixed within a matter of minutes. Would highly recommend.
Brilliant service. Quick, efficient and he came out on a Sunday to fix an iPhone 11.Highly recommend.
Absolutely fantastic. Filled out their online form and was contacted shortly after. He arrived at 830PM and fixed my phone within 30minutes. Thoroughly recommend 🙂
Have used InstantiFix and they were great. Called on Saturday afternoon and they had come around to mine by 2pm Sunday to repair a badly broken screen on an iPad. Mahmood did the repair very well and was a nice friendly guy. Will definitely use them again should I need in the future
I have to say this was the fastest, easiest and best experience I have had at fixing an iPhone. It’s been done in the past and been a faff but my daughter’s battery needed replacing. I filled out the quote on the web page, pressed submit, they texted me, agreed a time to turn up, turned up, on time and fixed the phone. The phone is now all good. Really great.
I called InstantiFix and within a couple of hours Mahmood was at my door. The phone was returned to me 20 minutes later apparently all working again. The cost was exactly as expected from the numbers on their website, which I found quite reasonable. Happy customer - thank you!
This is the second time that we've used Instant iFix and both times they have been incredible. Excellent service, communication and pricing. 100% recommend.
Fantastic company - Mahmood worked very hard on my repair, and kept constant communication and updates through the whole process. Competitive prices & excellent experience - phone looks brand new. Highly recommend!
Hi everyone that's looking to have their phone looked at. I can't praise Mahmood any higher, he came to the house, looked at the phone, advised it they were worth fixing. He took the phone, to test it, rang to say what was wrong with the phone. And the cost. The next evening, he rang to say they were both fixed. And he could drop them back that evening, or am. Which ever suited me. Both working great. Problem fixed. The service couldn't have been better. No delay in getting them looked at, fixed, and returned, door to door service. Will definitely use them again. And recommend to family and friend.
Phone screen broke at 7pm, was unable to use at all, Google search found iFix, phoned them up, Mahmood asked a few questions, gave a good price, the price included a call out, which was very reasonable (Saturday night 7pm fyi).By 9pm I had a new phone screen.Great service provided by Mahmood, absolutely no complaints.
Mahmood went above and beyond to get the parts to fix my phone.Quick, painless and friendly. Would definitely recommend. Great service!
My teenage daughter cracked her screen on her iPhone and Mahmood came within a hour or so of calling. Nothing was too much trouble for him dealing with a very picky daughter including putting the old screen back on with a protector whilst we waited for an apple part. Without hesitation I would recommend Mahmood.
Really quick and efficient service, and great communication from the start. New battery and charging port done in less than a half hour in my home. Would absolutely recommend. Thanks!
Unbelievably good service , I called at 17.15 on a Saturday afternoon to see about a replacement screen for my sons iPhone, engineer was available and at my house within 10 minutes, repair completed within half an hour of my original call. Very pleasant engineer, and now a happy teenager with a new screen !!!
Highly recommended. If all businesses operated with this level of efficiency, the British economy would undoubtedly thrive. Within 10 minutes of visiting their website, we received a prompt follow-up to arrange a suitable time for the service. We requested Saturday morning, and were promptly scheduled for 10:30 AM. Right on the dot, Instant Ifix arrived at our door, and within 10 minutes, our iPhone 11 was expertly repaired. I cannot recommend this company enough—the convenience of having them come to you is invaluable. Thank you, Instant Ifix. We will definitely be returning for future needs.
My PC is in constant use, so when it suddenly crashed I couldn't work. As a sole trader that meant I was losing money. Instant iFix came out to my home office within a few hours of calling them and fixed the issue very quickly. Whilst there, they also advised me on the best way to back up, the general health of my PC, which parts needed upgrading and they even upgraded the RAM there and then by adding another 10GB.Overall I thought the prices were reasonable and the advice was valuable. Would recommend.
Unbelievable service communication especially kept me informed every step of the way from the moment I made the appointment to being at my front doorVery friendly sat in my kitchen chatting and got my battery replaced on my iPhone in less than 20 minutesI didn’t think this type of service existed anymore until todayAnd that means a lot to meThe quote in my opinion was too cheap for that kind of serviceAnd I have recommended instant fix to friends and family already expressing my amazement on how smoothly the start to finish wasVery very pleasedThank you Jed
Absolutely brilliant service! I’d never ever thought of using a mobile service. I booked online and the prices are fixed, transparent and reasonable- and 30 mins later received a text to say he could be there in an hour! And he was! The response to my query was immediate, and within 24 hours I had my MacBook Air back with a new screen. Technician kept in touch all the way, and tested at the hotel with me where I was staying. Thank you for the excellent and trustworthy, service

I can highly recommend instant fix, having had the pleasure of meeting Jay, and witnessing his professionalism, in fitting a new battery to my I phone 7. To find a company that responds so quickly, and offers a service at your home to deal with mobile phone issues, is indeed rare these days.
Called for a new screen today. He came out within the hr. Excellent service also let me know he was 10mins away. I have a happy daughter now. Will definitely use again. Thank you
After 2 previous successful repairs on our mobile phones, this company would not return our iPhone and ignored repeated emails to return it. We eventually gave up, decided not to proceed with legal action for a £250 device and bought a new iPhone elsewhere. SIX MONTHS later they emailed us and said they want to be paid for the 'repair'. We will ignore this request as we have no proof the phone is repaired and there has been no explanation for the 6 month silence. Do not use.
By far the best service I have received fora very long time. My screen was smashed I was miles away from home one phone call my phone was collected and repaired dropped back off to me on site in perfect working order. I cannot recommend instant fix enough blown away by how good the service was 6 stars if it was possible

Just had my IPad Pro returned, and is now working perfectly. It had a usb port issue and I was considering replacing the tablet until I read the positive reviews of Instant I fix. So glad I chose these guys who did a superb job from start to finish. They kept me in the loop and I would definitely not hesitate in using or recommending this company again.
Really quick and efficient service - was amazing having someone come to my house rather than having to go into town. Gul was really friendly and fixed my screen and battery within 15 minutes. They also offer a one year guarantee which is amazing. Would recommend!
Excellent service, i thought my screen had cracked but the engineer told me it was the screen protector that was cracked, very honest man and thank you.
I broke the back of my IPhone and used there online form. Within the hour the Jay responded and within 30 minutes after that collected my phone. He took it away and there were some more issues with he needed to address. Because of this he returned my phone late that night at 22.15! He truly went out of his way to make sure I had my phone back rather than other companies who would leave it till next day. Easy to deal with and really great service. Would highly recommend
Once booked from the website, I got respond within 5 mints and within 10 mints they were at my door step. Took 15-20 mints to fix my phone .Everything has gone very smooth, fast. Very fair price as well. 100% recommended

It meant that I didn’t lose time travelling and the fix only took 20 minutes and happened while I was in a zoom call- so convenient and very reasonably priced. The communication around the arrangement was excellent and they came the day after I asked for a repair. Can’t recommend them enough.

Amazing service, very quick and easy. Got my iPad front screen fixed within an hour! Will definitely come back next time
Fantastic service… I was working nearby on a job that didn’t allow me to leave or have any down time. My phone screen cracked to the point you couldn’t use the phone. I urgently needed my phone that night as I had a long drive to my next job. A work colleague found Instant Fix and we set up a call out. A few hours later the phone was sorted. I didn't have to stop work or cause any fuss. I can’t thank the team at Instant Fix enough. Thoroughly recommend.
Booked an iPhone screen repair/replace online. The website was easy to use and very easy to navigate. Within in an hour of making the booking someone was in touch to arrange a time. A very polite, courteous, professional turned up the next day in the agreed time window. The job was done quickly and the phone looks (almost) like new!! (The replacement screens are a little thicker than the original screens on the 11).Would not hesitate to recommend and would definitely use again.

Fantastic service from Jay. Same day iPhone screen repair. No need for me to waste hours going into town for a repair. He even gave me some free Business Marketing advice! Highly recommended. Will deffo use again as I drop my phone all the time!
Top service. Timely, great value for money and excellent customer service. My iPhone had a lot of problems and although they couldn’t fix them all they fixed all the ones they could. They went out of their way to do as much as possible and spent the time and gave more than the attention I could have expected. Super satisfied. Would use again and recommend to anyone in a heart beat.
The screen on my daughter's phone smashed when she dropped it, and she booked an appointment for the engineer to come out. He not only fixed it quickly but the screen was better than it had been! She was so impressed. The service was prompt and easy to arrange. We would certainly recommend your company to anyone.
Jay was fantastic, very helpful and explained everything with great professionalism. The service was quick, I only called yesterday and spoke with Jay, who ordered the part straight away and advised me fully on what to expect. Jay arrived at my place of work around lunchtime today with a new battery for my phone. All completed in around 25 minutes, phone works wonderfully. I have already recommended the service to two colleagues who will be in touch soon.Cannot express how impressed I am with this stellar service.
Very efficient and reliable service. Great communication and so convenient to have the 'come to you' service. Good price too. I was only without my phone for about 10 minutes whilst they changed the battery. A whole new lease of life for my phone at the fraction of the cost of replacing it. Thank you Jay.
The service was wonderful, and so cost effective compared to other prices I’d seen online! The technician came to my house within 24 hours and fixed my phone after I thought I would need a new one. The quality is excellent now and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend 😊
