Call Out Service
Our Call Out Service is our premium service. We operate a nationwide network of expert phone repair technicians (our Instantifix). We’ll repair your device at a time and place that suits you. We will come to you at work or home and repair your device in front of you in about 30 minutes while you carry on your day.

Book your repair
Select your device and tell us what’s wrong with it. We’ll give you an instant repair price so you know exactly what it will cost. Select the ‘Call Out’ option and enter your details to book your repair
Your local iTech will contact you to confirm your appointment
Our of our highly talented Instantifix in your local area will contact you to confirm the exact time and location for your repair
We repair your phone at a time and place that suits you
Our Instantifix will repair your phone at a time and placeconvenient for you. We will come to your office, home, hotel, or any location to suit you. We will repair your phone in about 30 minutes while you carry on your day
No Fix, No Fee
Once your device is repaired and you are 100% satisfied you then pay our iTech for the repair
Mail In Service
Our Mail In service is the most cost effective way to get your device repaired and is always available if our Call Out service is fully booked. You simply mail in your device to our Repair Centre HQ, it will be repaired same day by one of our master repair technicians and sent back to you the next working day via a tracked, insured delivery service.

One of our master phone repair technicians will test and repair your device the same day it is received
Next Day Insured Delivery
We return your device to you by Next Day Insured Delivery
Instantifix offer a national UKwide Call Out phone repair service.
With our Call Out service we send a repair technician out to you at work or home to repair your device. With this service we already cover most areas of the UK and are continuing to grow our coverage.
For the areas where we don’t yet have coverage you can use our Mail In service, where you post your device to us, we fix it same day and send it back to you next day insured delivery.
